I really dont know for sure but I had to fill out two forms for two envelops. This form has barcode which is tracking number actually. But after that, I saw the lady at post office put stamp on both two envelops as well. Totally cost me around $19.95*2 not including tax.

Thanks. I go for conference between May 12-15 and I mentioned that date in my application. I think I have strong document saying that I wont stay in Canada after I am done with conference. I also prepared the application very carefully. Good luck everyone.
