I submitted my FBI PCC to NDVO on March 17th and I got mail today to submit passport for stamping. They gave the option to either send to NDVO or submit to CPC - Ottawa. I am in Toronto now, so the second options work just perfect for me . All the best to everyone who is waiting for passport...
