Only solution that I can think of is to contact your courier and check with them, if they have already delivered send an email to cic and request to acknowledge documents reception. Always remember better be safe than Sorry!

You must have received an automated response, if not please send an email to CIC and request confirmation.

I sent an email to CIC requesting confirmation on additional documents reception, they responded with list of documents which they have received till date. your GCMS notes should help in understanding current state.

Not RPRF I got request to pay RPRF on May 7th, and passport request exactly after a month.
