do you inform by mail or email? if it is mail then you should send a DD with highest priority. BTW, when did you send your application to CIO, NS?

did you apply within Canada? What is your NOC category? if you want to include the missing information you should clearly explain through a separate sheet. Better to ask you local visa office explaining your situation.

Its depend on the CIO officer decision if 1111 disapeared from NOC lists 38 Category
