I am in the same boat. I received the AOR on 9th Dec 2019 and since the application is in In Progress. I am trying to find out if CIC is still processing the application.

My parents application was received by CIC On 26th June 2019. I haven't heard anything from CIC yet. Any idea by when I will receive any update on my application from CIC?

Congratulations samreentariq !!!! I also got my Oath Letter and will be taking Oath on 25-Nov.

I would suggest that you apply for the replacement as you can be asked to provide the original COPR. If the test happens before your receive the replacement at least you can show the proof that you have asked for replacement. You already have the photocopy so it will make your case bit stronger...

I think it is physical file that is transferred as they will also transfer the documents you have mailed with the application.
