My husband and I just got the DECISION MADE status, and we are waiting for the oath invitation now. It took more than 3 months. Let your husband call and ask if the background checks are done or not. The call centre agents could answer this question. Hopefully, you'll get it soon. Good luck

You can ask an IRCC agent over the phone if your security check is done yet. You don't have to wait for the notes to find out what delays the decision. Mostly, the security check is still pending.

Thanks for getting back to me. We were told during the interview that our security check is still in progress, but the officer has no concerns.The decision won't be taken before finishing this step first. Thank you again
