I have a Proficiency Degree (grade C) from the University of Cambridge, since I was 14 years old (now 34). My husband has a Lower Degree (grade B) from Michigan University, since three years ago. (he is 36). Do we HAVE to take the IELTS test to apply for Immigration? PS.: Our first language is...
