Your Application has not put in process yet, there will be a clear message when this will happen right now it is waiting for an officer to be reviewed , if every thing is ok then you will receive medical request within 3-4 months otherwise additional documents will be asked, but at the moment...

whats written inside when u click on in process ..is it " Pending Review"....?
