Hey ! i had same issue . my decision was made on march 04/13 . without recieving PPR request . but i sent them email and then they sent me " ready for visa doc (aka passport request on sat mar 09/13). so its a good news and just send them email with your status they will send you passport...

hello everyone ! yes i one of those forgotten ones , reading this thread from past one year . my time line App received April 18 2011 ( PNP applicant PG student stream ) med received Oct 2011 (they never asked for med again) started processing Nov 7 2012 and today its showing decision...
