Huh...why whould AINP call?? Just tell them applicant wont nominated this year?? Or they were processing his file and they wanted new WP to process nomination?? It doesnt make sense to me..

U can apply for closed WP based on nomination or open WP based on AOR from CIC... Do little serch around here my friend most of the questions u have should have been discussed here before..

Its just next to impossible to knw who will get nomination and when..processing time on website is just showcase purpose since it is not legit in any means..right now ppl with WP expiring soon and ppl in hotel industry getting nominations...and u never knw how they gonna nominate ppl tomm and...

It doesnt matter closed Or open WP as long as u have valid WP they process ur application..yes also under post grad category too.and if u applying for LMIA just to points for EE for which ur employer dont have to pay $1000 but u wont be able to apply for WP based on it and if ur current WP...

If u get +LMIA and apply for WP based on it then it will be closed WP so u can only work for tht particular employer..and as far as ur application for PNP is concern no it wont affect ur application. they will process it as long as u have valid WP closed or open...

so wht have you decided?? are u still gonna get it or not?? its not our bussiness to tell wht to do or wht not to do but if you already got AOR plz dont waste nomination plz..think about other ppl who no other way plz...

It doesnt matter how many applications they have b/c the fact is half of the ppl never going to get nominated b/c of expired WP...we know it and they know it...i m sure i m one of them.. If they really cared they know tht out of 10000 applications 3400 are EDS skilled and if not all 3000 have...

i called them when i got raise and tht is wht they told me to do.they told me to write file number and name on top of the job letter and fax them.

just send your new job offer letter and make a cover letter with ur name and file number and mention what is update is all about..

AINP website is on with old processing time for now..even employer driven stream is there too today... I m sure it will be updated tomorrow with new guidelines and with new stream and close down employer driven stream..

if you google AINP and try to go to their page then it says page not found still and with ur link there is still old stuff there..

There will be some update for sure...keep checking their processing page there is some activity going on..i have checked it like 10 times and 5 times it gave me erroe like it did yesterday so i think they updating it..

wht happened to nice going like nominating ppl with expiring WP and try to give nomination to most of the ppl until last week... i m pretty much sure my sector is already full by now and i wont get nomination atall now..its over for me....why couldnt they do this last year while i had time left...

its over for us specially for me b/c of my NOC. we have waited over a year just to see this...now i hate myself for making foolish decision to make alberta my home.....it was really nice to see them nominating ppl with WP expring soon i thought it was god's miracle.i didnt mind waiting after...
