If you are sending the the RPRF in Canada it must be in Canadian dollar. I would go for bank draft for the RPRF.

Guys don't worry to much about what your ecas does or shows. In my case I receiced my pp with visa but my ecas still shows in process. So take it easy and be patient you will get your pr.
