Can one stay with expired PR Card in Canada and in that case after completion of 730 days if someone applies for renewal are there chances of getting it renewed !

I am slightly confused. This counting of 730 days would start from my first entry in Canada or from the date of PR Card issued. My PR Card is expiring in June 2015 where in first landed in April 2010 for stamping purpose.

For renewal of PR one need to stay 730 days in 5 years that too not necessarily in consecutive manner. 1095 days in more than 5 years is for becoming to be eligible for citizenship. So first priority is to keep ur PR alive then the next hurdle of 1095 days would be taken care of at later stage.
