Hi all, I do not have my pr card has there is some photo issues- but I am out of the country. I do have a valid multiple entry visa for Canada. Can I use the tourist visa and re-enter Canada after which I reapply for my card. thanks,

There is no quota on spousal intake. As far as I see the details it states that so many have been accepted , I might be missing something but it does not state that the limit was reached. Spousal sponsorship does not also require financial capability. re, bv

congrats- legalcitizen. @glass - keep sending a case specific inquiry every week with the subject" urgent". Do not expect them to reply back, it is just so that your file does not fall through the cracks. It has happened with someone here that his DM was made and then after some months NDVO...

i have received nothing yet and I think my option is the MP route. How soon do they reply back to the MP request. has anyone got a sample has to what to request? is it just the status of the application, or do you get detailed by stating that "a decision has been made" where is my passport...

The issue that creates frustration in the waiting is the lack of communication. You clearly are at the mercy of GOD. its funny when you have a communication policy which is so illusive and has no checkpoints policy to communicate back states that "we will reply back if your case has passed...

@ maverick I have a local address in india where the PP needs to be shipped. my wife is sponsoring me. im sure the letter from the MP should be able to find out where the my pp is?

thanks waitingsince2004- I have come to believe that they reply to the applicant only- does that mean they will call canada.

its been 15 days and I have not received my PP after DM. Do you guys think I should contact the MP to intervene. or it does take time when you are unlucky..

very worried- as stated got decision made on 4th march 2013 and I have not received my passport yet. this situation is worst then being in process because you don't know where your passport is? >:(

anyone having ecas issues?------cant see my file

guys/girls anyone having issues with ecas- "could not find your file" error continues for me. app rec; 9 th September 2012. I could see it before all this problems started on ecas. Anyone having issues or is it only me.

i can still not see my file on e-cas. earlier I could see my file has received. Is anyone experiencing any difficulty with ecas. APP received: 9th September 2012
