i had one year course which led to a master preparation certificate! (ESL is less than 50%,and this program was in the category of undergraduate education) if i add this to MBA, would it be qualified????

Hi, I am currently attending the MBA program at Brock University. The whole program lasts 21 months (17months of school time and 4 months of optional Co-op). There are 4 terms with 3 months each. So, if 12 months would be my pure study time, will this be qualified for CEC requirement???/ Thanks
