Under University category - paying tuition fees for atleast 1st semester is a mandate. And for living expenses... either you can take GIC or Edu. loan equivalent to $CAD 10k. In case of living expenses you have to take Edu. loan if you are not going for GIC. You dont have a choice Thatz...

Click on the "Contact us" option somewhere present on the page of the email company. Or somehow contact them and tell them all this and request them to either block it till the issue is resolved or ask them to immediately change the password. Again they would tell you to try the security...

the tuition fees of Carleton is too much .... For computer science its around $19000 for 1 year. And it is a 2 year program... So let take around $40000 for 2 years plus the living expenses for 2 years. OMG :o

Go for the university that you feel comfortable in. Don't just run after ranking of the univs. Look at the area, part time job facilities, the work permit you wud be getting post graduation and ofcourse which you can afford. You look more inclined towards SFU.

With this percentage if you can show some research work and paper publications then you have a chance to get MSc research based. And if not, then you will end up getting MSc course based where there is no research work and pursuing Phd with a course based masters is difficult. Hope this helps :)
