We will be sending ours tomorrow. Probably DHL, when you go to send it you just include a pre-paid DHL return envelope inside for them to use. Not sure on the cost, I can update you tomorrow :)

Obannobi - congrats!!! I have good news too. This morning I also received an email from Accra saying the visa is ready!!!!!!! We are so happy. Now with the passport I believe you have to send photos, the IMM08 form (showing no changes) and a copy of the letter saying your visa is ready.

We sent ours with a friend travelling to Ghana then he posted them EMS same day delivery. I will receive my GCMS notes at the end of the month and I will hopefully see some more information then about when they will review our file

Hi NKT0817, Accra will send an email (only to the principal applicant's email) when they have started processing your application in Accra. For us this took just over 2 months time after being approved as the sponsor. The email you get will either ask for more documents (this was our case)...
