    2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

To be honest with you, we felt like crap all the way and I took a risk thinking that if she needs to leave, at least there will still be a chance for her to stay here with me in the near future. I love her and wish for her to be happy and settled. Moreover, it makes me feel relieved to be able...

Hmm I can't really agree for that one because my inlaws are denied refugee and PRRA, and we have still received the AIP to stop the deportation

When there is an ambiguity, call CIC and see whether they have received your documents. The best thing is to look for your local deputy to help you. They totally have the power to check multiple things for you, although it is also possible that they don't know anything about immigration either...

My wife was in the same position as you, although we sent our application waaaaaaayyyy later after she was denied. Yesterday we just got our approval in principle and it was an amazing feeling. 2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

I hope I can seriously help people who are in the same situation as my wife. Anyone who thought that hope is all lost, I can tell you that God does miracles and that you have hope, unless you are sponsoring someone 3 days from their deportation. Kind of too late by then...

What did CIC tell you? I was also told that you don't need to do anything, although it is written on my CSQ that it depends if the VO would request it. I then called CIC and they told me that I don't need to do anything. So things should be ok :D

    2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

Actually, my application has been processed in 2012/11/30. I forgot to mention that when I called the CIC this morning, the person told me that I am approximately 3 weeks from having my file reviewed. So I'm guessing that for all those who's application were received around September 15th, CIC...

    2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

Hi, my name is Simon and I am currently sponsoring my spouse (Like the rest of you, I presume). However, in my case, my wife is a refugee that has been denied refugee status so this might be slightly different than for all of you. (Just wondering, how many are in the same boat as us?) I wanted...
