Yes, sorry, I was reviewing my own copies and IMM 5562 does not require a signature indeed. About IMM5620, if you are paying in Canada online you need the CIC receipt instead of it. Cheers

It seems correct - I believe you also need IMM 5620 (Fee Payment - signed by the PA - only if you are not paying online) and IMM 5562 (Your Travels - signed by the PA) and the checklist (IMM 5620). The checklist (IMM 5620) is a good guide on what needs to be sent and which documents are needed...

    RPRF Payment Failed

Try calling your bank in Canada - it may be that they declined payment because they think it might be a fraud. Happened once with me (with some other stuff I was trying to pay for, not RPRF) while abroad. After they were satisfied that the payment attempt was legitimate, it went through. Cheers

Send them an e-mail asking about what happened to your GCMS request, as the 30 days deadline is over. You can reply to the same address you used to send your request. I had the same problem and then they replied that I forgot to include the $5 (I was supposed to ask for GCMS under the Privacy...

My file was transferred to CPP-Ottawa on the same date listed as in-process in ECAS (got that from my GCMS notes). They didn't send me an e-mail about it. You should apply for GCMS notes, it doesn't seem to delay anything from what I've seen. Cheers

Tracking PNP August 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Hello guys, Got a GCMS report this morning. It turns out that eligibility, medicals, criminality are all passed, just security is whited out but I assume that it is passed as well, as the medicals for my wife and daughter were extended. I have an officer assigned and a due date (that has...

I Didn't sign the attached paper

You mean a piece of paper you made yourself, because your info didn't fit in the IMM5569E? Back when I got my work permit I've sent one without signing and there were no issues. I believe that it should be the same with the PR application, but you may want to confirm with the CIO.

Tracking PNP August 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

It's me, my wife and daughter. I've been only in Canada and in my home country (Brazil). It may be taking a while because there is someone there with the same name as me that has a criminal record (police told me so when I got my PCC there). But I'm only assuming that. Cheers

Thanks Ojeola. Actually, at this point I wouldn't mind if they take a bit more to issue the PPR, as my family is supposed to travel outside of Canada in July. I've seen the horror stories of people waiting months to get their passports back...
