psdec is done immidiately after receiving the total application package, after positive psdec our ecas shows in process...after that seldec is decided by all background checks..this also determines if we need to appear for interview or not...so when seldec is 4..it means background checks are...

structural engg is not elegible for this fasttrack processing. though its noc is 2131...but if u r performing managerial job duties then you can check noc 0711, which is elegible for pr applications. gud luck

guys, wat r u doing...this blog doesn't make any sense at all....coz every chc has different timelines..these blogs should be for individual chc...i.e. delhi doesn't do any checks after medicals so they ask for passport with medical...london needs extreme level screening, security checks bla bla...

yes your case has been approved..congrats for that....keep checking ecas as it will be changed to decision made soon...and after that within a week you will get your passport back...just 15 more days and you will be having canada visa in your hands.
