I don't think you need to submit all this documents. They mean to say passports and the copy of that e-mail as documents. And send all of them to provided mailing address. That's it. Yes send them an email with ur e-medical reference # but don't forget to include all other information such as your First and last name, UCI #, Application File #, Birthdate and address. So, it will be easier for them to track your file.

Same here my PPR was issued before my status was changed to med received... and then suddenly it was changed to decision made on Sunday...
