My concern is that canada post made processing error twice in my case and when I called then they said they don't have any time guarantee on it anymore!!

Canada post tracker activated today morning at 6:45 item processed Mississauga....hoping to get it today otherwise more wait!!

damn you Canada post........ tracker activated on December 16 in the evening December 18, 2013 tracker says Canada post processing error: item re-routed. possible delay Its been 4 days and haven't received my passport back yet!!

yes it is pretty simple that they consider Canada post but you can try sending me an additional express envelope including a cover letter mentioning about the mistake you made!!...hope you get a nice VO who will consider your request and might update it!! good luck!!

yes if they ask then yeah you can tell them but you wont have any problem at the border about this!!...but if you really are concerned about this then yes you can email Cic ottawa and wait for their reply!!!
