I read in the topic - "Update about the class action lawsuit against Alberta - AINP H1B cases" that two law suits have been filed. Where can we get more information regarding this? Thanks.

Looks like it was another way to play with the emotions of immigrants by the lawyers and not a serious attempt to help the potential immigrants. Seems like AINP and lawyers are conniving against AINP applicants in order to help lawyers make the money.

Have they dropped the idea of filing the Lawsuit? Whats the point in delaying as justice delayed is justice denied...

Is the lawsuit ready to be filed? How would we come to know that it has been filed?

Does any one know if they are closing all the IT NOC files? Has any one with NOC 2171 (which is a generic IT consulting Job) received denial? Please let us know...
