The passport was sent from vfs-dhaka the same as you did. both cic and vsf status is in process. As far as i know, cic sends an email to the sponsor confirming that the application has been finalized, when the visa is issued. We have not received any email yet.

Same here.There is no point of waiting 6 weeks. We are supposed to send all required papers and the passport within 60 days of the letter issued.

Today I have got back all supporting docs, pics, wedding card and asked for the passport, police certificate, 4 recent passport-sized photos and IMM5669 Schedule A. E-cas still "Application Received"

I was sent an email with only medical re-exam instruction. Is it normal for them to send medical re-exam instruction without passport request or any other papers/form?
