I am still wandering too. my case updated to completed on May 4th but not yet to receive oath letter. I called IRCC yesterday and heard that my case moves to ceremony department. So still waiting. I live in Vancouver.

It was hard to talk with IRCC. Today, I will try 4 times but it failed. This is becuase my old traker status shows me "decision made" last weeks, and new tracker is all completed except ceremony. Just wandering about when do I receive oath invitation letter after decision made?

Hello, I just checked new traker on my status and language skills, physical presence, and prohibitions are completed :). It shows me that changed on May 4th. Also, ECAS(old trakcer) changed "Decision Made". But my son application(minor) is not changed. I wish it will be change soon. I wonder...
