I have no idea what they are doing. We email their support they always reply with "you must send us info from way bill info to blah blah", but if you do, they reply with "sorry we cannot help you." What the hell are they doing =\

The visa center place isn't even giving us a tracking number. We've called, emailed at various places, all they say "you'll get it within 2 business days of us getting it." It's been 1 week now >.>

I would do an outland application (even if he lives in canada). It just goes so much faster.

I highly recommend outland. I follow spreadsheets for people from Kiev / Moscow. Usually anywhere from 3-9 months as outland and, assuming you forgot nothing, no errors, and strong case, you get everything done in that time from there. So... yea. It`s a no brainer. Go outland.
