fully agree with apple talk. Email with urgent in subject line worked for me even with ND vo. I got reply within 24 hrs (pretty amazing for NDVO). u won't get any reply for ur case specific enquiries in less than 2 months. Also ask them the address tht they mailed ur passport to. Wish u good...

like I said already, it was a general/ standard letter stating, "in order to continue processing on ur application we need following document" followed by list of documents in bulleted form (med exam form, pcc, passport n the letter)

in my parents case, the updated forms/ docs were submitted to chc nd . So they got their uci n file no in acknowledgement letter. The letter of sponsorship approval only had my uci. But it was different afterwards, I think u submitted updated forms to Mississauga n file was transferred later. So...

I m guessing the appl recvd date is somewhere in apr 2012 n since u cud see both sponsorship n PR application status, the UCI is ur n not PAs. u need to provide details of PA including uci n file no. Wen communicating with local visa office. So again I wud say .. Call cic immidiately n explain...
