Good Morning! I have news that I have received my Oath Invite and have a date set for Dec 17th. Just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. For those waiting good luck. I was also the Vancouver office which was seeming like they had come to a stand still. ☺️

Is Vancouver office actually working?

October 2019 applicant here. I pass by their office every day and just get so frustrated. I passed my test in June 2021 and waiting for the oath ceremony now.

This morning everything (except Oath/ Ceremony status) was updated to COMPLETED! What is the average time frame between the updated status and Oath invite? Cheers!

The Discover Canada App was all I used for 2 weeks prior to the test. I got the paid version where I spent $2.99 a week I believe with about 2 dozen practice tests. Worked for me! Good Luck!

I took my test on June 30th and then was asked for an interview on Aug 5th. As of today, on Aug 10th, I received a request for ALL pages of my passport to be emailed to IRCC.

On the 5th August I received an update to my file stating that an interview would need to be scheduled and that I should wait for the correspondence. I have taken the citizenship test a month prior and curious as to why an interview would be necessary as I became a PR via the spousal route...

After waiting nearly the 12 months, I have reached out to my local MP here in Vancouver to assist with help getting answers as my questions have gone unanswered for a long time. Has anyone else done this?
