Yes they will send IMM1017 that has unique IME#. They usually send separate email with IMM1017 attachment. If you didn't get that form then hope fully you get on Monday by email. mean time you can also contact by email LDNIMMIGRATION@INTERNATIONAL.GC.CA

CIC will mail card to your Canadian Address once you enter Canada.

Plus they match visa and landing paper info with their system and they don't ask her to open e-case to see status. even once they print landing paper and visa their system automatically put entries that these two things are issued to client.

Officially If your stay is more then 4 weeks then you need certificate. Last month my visit with family to Pakistan no body check certificates at Lahore or even in Toronto. (But we got certificates coz you never know they can ask or stop you for no reason. So better get it)

canvis2006 is right that IOM tell you all requirements. As I told you above for us we took APPENDIX B photos. Because IOM is e-medical enabled so they took photo themself. IOM is the only center you can go for medical. you can also bring photo by yourself in case some thing wrong with system...

Appendix B same u send at time of application. If its e-medical enabled panel then you don't need to take picture.
