The doctor sent a mail to his contact in CIC(Wendy Marks, NHQ - Health). They are able to locate my medicals file and did the processed the medicals with in 48 hours. I received an acknowledgement mail from CPC. Now the wait start for PPR. Thank you all for the replies.

I stay in US and the panel physician nearby does not have e-medical enabled. Surprisingly in my case the CIC is following up with me on the medicals. They initially sent a mail on Jan 14th and said that they are waiting for my medicals to finalize the application.

Nick, I am also in US and doing medicals on Jan 6th. When you send your passport, did you included fedex return envelope for passport return? In other thread, it was mentioned that CIC will send in normal mail, if we didn't include Canada post express mail?
