Don't be so so stupid and don't call others stupid. As aceinthedeck said, you are misleading others. Guide clearly says all pages, and true, they want to see all those blank pages.

That signature is for your spouse if he/she is your co-signer. But the problem is that guide says both applicant and sponsor should fill 2 different representative forms. I wanted to be my mom's representative but didn't know if I should put another form and give my self representativeness...

Its better to pay the biometric fee. In the case doing biometric is required, there would be no delay in your case. If its not required, CIC will return your fee back. ( Just make sure your credit card is still active).

I would fill the form, write her name and mark that she did not travel. Plus put father's name and his travels if there is any.

Hi all, I have a question. CIC says "international PhD sutdent has finished at least two years of study toward a PhD" could apply under PhD stream. If I transfer to master now( after medical ), does it make any problem for my case?

I emailed them yesterday and have not received response yet. I will apply for GCMS next week. In my ECAS, the second lins says "We started processing your application on November 6, 2013.".
