check out your retainers agreement with this representative of yours. if it says that you ll get only half refund then you cant do much. you have to also notify the cic office regarding this change. even if you go ahead with this representative, i suggest that you be well informed yourself...

HI my husband is applying for pr in canada under skilled worker category. we currently stay in malaysia. can the procedures be done from Canadian embassy in Malaysia or do we need to get back to our country of origin to get the process.
