I know it has been answered before but I cannot see the page.. From your own personal experiences, especially for those who filed for a refugee claim but not accepted, is the iNTERVIEW before or after the PGR request (police clearance).? If no, how many months do we need to wait for the ARC...

Our lawyer just sent in the forms and PGR last week and my Ecas said.. medical result has been received. Now I am waiting for the letter for ARC before PPR. How long am I going to wait? Been waiting for him for more than 2 years now..

I have a questions for those spouses who was a failed refugee before, if they have requested a copy of the IRB decision does this mean that my husband will have an interview in the near future? He did his medical again and done with his PGR request also. Hoping to be with him soon. Thanks

@bbccanada thanks for your reply.we were starting at that time and I did notice that were a yr living together when I had my PR. I hired a lawyer with the sponsorship and she said, the application is h&c. now I don't know what to do.

Hello I am new in here. I received my refusal letter stating that he is not a member of the family class. We were living together exactly a yr before I got my PR. Is there any chance of winning the appeal? Does anyone of you have same problem as mine? hope somebody can help me.. thnx a lot

Thanks Meeshy, We have a lawyer also but they told me that they didnt recieve any AOR yet. Thats good for you coz u dont have any issues about removal orders. Anyways, thank you so much. I hope i can recv any news now from immigration. Were only a few days away from the day CIC recv the application.

Our lawyer advised my husband to do fingerprints when he was still here in Canada before he went back home coz his refugee claim was not approved. We included everything in his application. Applicatioon recvd last july 2012, and he departed last aug 2012...

Hello, there are still applicants in july who are still hoping to recv good news soon. The countries who are not visa excempt take a longer time to process our application.
