In french they write "Séjourné" which is very confusing compared to english "Live". "Séjourné" could be used for a vacation. They should have written "Vécu". Anyway I'm going to say No since we only left on vacation and we did not live abroad.

To add to the confusion, in french, the checklist item is in plurial... *Photocopies de pièces...

I would call CIC and ask to be sure what you put for your husband's father. For the translation, any official paper in Spanish needs to be translated. Yes, marriage certificate, birth certificate, antecedentes penales. I don't remember the rest...maybe someone else could clarify.

I applied and was refused once sponsorship approved and Quebec approved. It didn't do anything and was refused.
