@ xyz2017, my CIC has no change. I paid BIO fees 170 CAD on July 23,2019, but didn't received further instruction letter. On Dec 10, I got 170 CAD from CIC. My parents are in Canada when submitting documents.

Hello guys, I applied Sponsorship my parents in 2018, and got refused letter in Feb ,2019, then I appealed, and ADR allows at JUN,2019. Does someone know if I need send the allow letter to Ottawa CPC or IDA will send it to Ottawa? Thanks.
