    Hello Leogal, Lapit na MR mo, July 2010 applicant ako, AOR recieved March 2013. My LC2 recieved hid MR yesterday in Philippines.

    AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) a letter from CEM infroming you they had received the application kit, the UCI and file number of your LC2 are on the letter too.
