Hi All, I'm also a January 9th applicant but still no update in our ECAS :( Our work permit is ending OCT 2nd 2014 and doubtful whether to extend visa or not? Please let me know how to apply for bridging open work permt in the visa forms i dont find such an option Also when we sent our PCC...

Yippee d 3 months wait is over. Visa approved :) CONGRATS to others too who got it n all the best for others waiting to get it soon

Oh k. If u consider mine i did medical on Feb 1st and the hospital guys sent it on 7th n reached Delhi by 8th. Its been ten days since they received but still my passport is not back. >:( usually they say it takes 5 to 10 working days once medical reaches Delhi.

U can go ahead with ur medicals coz now a days d passport is not sent for medicals. If by today u dont get any vfs update dont wait for passport go ahead. @ garrycole any updates? finding u absent for the past few days

aseem 12 weeks gone for me still have not got visa. There r so many who applied even before me n waiting. U have 2 hold on no other go.

Oh but in most cases I've seen it being sent in 3 or 4 days. Anyways after it reaches CHC it takes 5-10 working days i guess. Hoping for the best.

Hmmm i called up the guys they said it delivered on 7th Feb. I did on Feb 1st. Donno y these ppl have sent it after a week. Really frustrated. :( >:( I was expecting this week. Garrycole i guess both of us will receive atleast few days near. U have applied for open work permit? November?

2 weeks since i completed medical no updates yet :( these good news each day keeps my hopes alive

@sapna exactly same state as u r. Applied next day dont wry u might get visa directly as few ppl here got that way i'v done my medicals still waiting for visa :( >:( ???
