thank you so much... yes i'm worried and i also had mistake with my appendix A form as i did not listed my son's name there as my accompany because i thought he did not included in it.. as he is not included in my application because his proof of citizenship still on process.

hi everyone, i was requested my passport and appendix A june 30, 2015 and until now i haven't recieve any acknowledgement letter from manila... how did you guys know that they have received your passport?

follow up question... family member who will accompany or not is only referring to a dependent child? so i just leave the child column blank when i fill in the form.

thank you for your reply, you mean i will not listed him as family member who accompany me to canada? we go together as soon as get my PR as well as his proof of citizenship. so i just leave it blank when i fill in the appendix form? sorry i just want to make it clear..thanks

hi, everyone i was send for my child proof of citizenship last november 28,2014 in embassy manila but i haven't receive any acknowledgement letter from them. my question is how long will it take the cic send you an acknowledgement letter? i just don't know if they receive my application or not...

hi thank you for your reply. we just started to process my PR application, and i already have his birth certificate. i am now currently in the philippines so will i send his birth certificate to VO in manila? how long will it take to process his citizenship certificate?
