Yes. I think that should be the case. green_dc - When your return tracker activates, you should have updated scan details from Ottawa.

I suggest better to send photos as well. Normally CIC has these details in PPR mail. Photographs You must submit two (2) recent photographs of yourself and of each accompanying family member that meet the requirements stated on this webpage.
