Friends, I recently received PR card for me and my wife but still waiting for my child. Please let me know if someone had similar experience and if I should be contacting CIC. My ecas status shows that processing of PR card is complete. Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Still waiting. Landed on Dec 30th. No change in ecas status as well.

I landed at Carway, AB on December 30th and now the final wait starts :) It looks like whoever landed at Carway had to wait longer than average processing time. I hope its not always the case.

Landed today at Carway. Complete process was over in about 30 min without any hassles. They asked work permits, passports and CoPRs and after looking at the documents for about 10 min officer asked us to sign on CoPR and that was it. Getting PR after going through agonizing waiting time of 11...

Hi vishnuhari, You can add your case in the spreadsheet. Its not protected. Also, if Canadapost says they have delivered your package you have to go by their word. In my case, I could not even track my package but it was delivered in couple of days as expected with xpresspost. About a week later...

Return tracker got activated at last on December 27 at 17:14. Hoping to get passports by January first week. :)

I would suggest you follow the instructions mentioned in your ppr email just to be on safer side :)

Wait for passports has been nerve-wracking. Was expecting to receive before Christmas but it seems CIC has stopped working and will resume sending passports only in new year. Bad timing :)

From my experience, don't trust Canada post website. Did you try calling customer service for the updates?? In my case, I couldn't track my passports sent on December 9 and the delivery was only confirmed when I called customer service.

I second green_dc. Based on the trends from spreadsheet I don't think 2-6 months is realistic. I think you should sail through by Jan-2014. Good luck :)
