I have the same problem. I couldn't write CVV number on computer, so I printed Fee Payment form. Unfortunately, I forgot write number by hand and send application. When I realized what have I done, I send a new FPF and e-mail (29th september) and still no response. I'm little bit worried.

Today is 46 days since I send inquiry mail to CIO about my additional docs. I send them on 29th september (new fee payment form) and ask them to replace Fee Payment Form in my application which is recived on 2nd September with new one. No answer yet. :'(

Well, I can only hope this isn't reason for rejection. But, following suggestions from members, I'll send new Fee Payment form with explanation and e-mail. Can you suggest me on which e-mail adrress I should sent explanation? Thanks in advance

I just chech copy of my application and sow that I didn't put security cod of my CC on the Fee Payment form. My app recived on 02 september. What are the options? Sending e-mail or new payment form? Any suggestions? How could I forgot this?

Now I realized I made mistake. I didn't write NOC Category on the envelope. I just wrote NOC Category (and nothing else), and under wrote NOC Code 0015. Is this reason for rejection? OMG :-[

I send my application on 25th August. Still nothing from CIC :'( . Courier agency confirmed the package is delivered. How long did you wait for the first mail? Should I be worried?
