    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

I have contacted the tenants for one of the apartments. She is in Toronto so convenient. We were also living at my partners fathers place, so he can sign one as well. Is it worth getting notarized signatures for people that can attest to our relationship as well? Thank you for your help guys...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

We already included a bunch of extra details like travel receipts, facebook chats, photos of us with friends and family, etc. And a few testimonials from family and friends but they weren't notarised. Our family and friends live all over the place, getting them notarised is going to be a real pain.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

I have a predicament with my application. I send off my Inland application end of June 2013 Common-Law Class, and just heard back from CIC. Apparently the Lease we signed and joint bank account statements were too recent. The lease was signed for July 2013 to July 2014 and the Bank account...

    Out of status

I have applied for inland PR and applied for an open work permit at the same time. My OWP application was returned to me because I accidentally filled the wrong box and now my work permit has expired. Right now I am officially 'out of status'. I am from the UK and living in Quebec. What is the...

On the "Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker", if I am self-employed, do I put that under name of employer? I am applying Inland for PR from Quebec and want to keep working after my permit expires. Am I allowed to keep working? I couldn`t find anything...

OWP or Visitors permit while I wait inland?

I'm applying inland from Quebec for Common-law PR, and am about to send the application off. However my Post Graduate work permit expires at the end of July. Because it takes at least 6 months to get approved for OWP, i was wondering what i should do? The agents at CIC weren't that helpful with...

Extending work permit with Common-law partner in Quebec

Ok. That clears a lot up. Thank you. For anyone else whose PGWP self-employed in quebec, the only options are to apply for permanent residency, which is unlikely if you don't speak French, or get a full time job minimum 30hours a week and have an LMO for an extension of your work permit, again...

Extending work permit with Common-law partner in Quebec

I have a Post-Graduation Work Permit which expires in July. I am currently working as a self-employed piano tuner. I live in Montreal with my partner but do not speak French fluently so cannot apply for a FSW - I understand the Quebec provincial government is in control of its own immigration...
