    My e-cas says "We sent you a letter on March 16, 2011 about the decision on your application", although it changed on the 18th. I don't know if this is the date they put on the letter and on the OWP or if it is the date they posted it. I 'll let you know when I receive it :)

    Thanks for encouraging :) The truth is I delivered myself the app for CSQ to MICC, but 3 days after I received the letter from CIC so I guess that explains why my CSQ was issued one week later :-[ It's nice you remarked it.
