You can try calling CIC. Else, I would rather do Biometric again in Canada.

You should have received email by now requesting additional forms to be filled and any additional document. If not, then do check your junk folder and also for any messages in your account .

PCC can not be more than 6 month old. Usually PCCs are valid for 6 months

Principal Applicant form includes Dependent Spouse as well. No need to submit separate form for Spouse
