Did you apply from India or Canada? If it is in India then how you applied through online system(Passport Seva) or some agency. Better to show it enough evidence of residency to SP for different places and short out issue.

I think it is mandatory document while submitting your PR file under CEC category. However let's wait for senior response.

Hi Gaurav, I would strongly suggest you to buy online material. It is same as exam. However, You can't do much practice because they have only one test exam. But it is very helpful and mock up kind of things. I did it exam just waiting for result. Will post you if my result is good :)...
