Mailed my application on June 23, under NOC 4131, reached CIO on 29th June. Did not hear anything from them so far. When contacted citibank to enquire the status of the DD, they said they cant provide the information.

When I called the CIC call centre today, they told me they did not open any application after received after May 3. However on their website it says they are presently working on applications received till June 25.
