Thanks for response. I had given my IELTS examination in Dec2012 , at that time it was valid for 2 years i.e. DEC 2014. But I am not sure if I apply this month will it hold good or will I have to again give IELTS. I had obtained an overall score of 7 in DEC 2012.

Thanks for the reply, I am currently in Toronto. My employer won't get me an LMO filled . Could something be done through other provinces as I heard that there are some provinces where the rules are bit relaxed than Toronto .
