Seniors I need your input. Does divorsed applicants take longer than usual time for case processessing?

I was there today, and they said they wont do the Upfront medicals unless you have a PR or a Citizen of CA sponsoring your file. Otherwise you just have to wait for the CIC to send you the medical forms with the unique IME# linked to your file. So, I guess I know what to do .... Just Wait :(

Yes! I think you can apply for cec since you qualify. But make sure your 12 months is not 11 months and few days.... GL

Is it okay to write "present" manually on the generic form for question 10. Also i am in canada currently. WP expired on 8th Jan 2013, I have "implied status". So my answer will be: status: other Other: Worker- implied status??? Thanks guyz

So this means that :'( worker who qualify for PR under CEC, with Implied Status can Still Apply for PR while in canada, With proper explanation in the cover letter? Thanks!
