Verification of passport , PR card and Personal Identification. Because everything is done through online right now.

You can email back to them with the same email address they contacted you till ceremony.

yes OHIP and passport is enough . I applied with those last day. I called service Ontario to check wheather they have any ID for minor kids and they told me in Ontario ID only issued after 16 years of age, they told me passport is enough for citizenship. thanks
