2nd ghost update in the space of 1.5hours! The first one was at 10:00 this morning. I logged out and logged in again and the status changed to 'submitted' I just logged in again (11:28am) and there is another ghost update in my account!

Hi, Nova Scotia issued interest letters to those with scores from 400 I believe. Currently, only those who were issued interest letters can apply. I'm not sure of the criteria for other provinces however.
