Just a update. I did use my US Credit Card for Paying PR Card Fees . It went fine,however ,as per the rules i had to pay 3% international transaction fees. Hope it helps you all. Thanks!

Thanks Ram NY VO gave me 60 days to submit Medicals and PR Fees.I was not asked for any documents with the medical Request. NY VO has now given me 30 days to submit Passports for Stamping. Hope i answered your question
